Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking an energetic and an enthusiastic candidate to work as part of a team of highly skilled as part of the PNDS Support Program.
The National Program for Village Development (PNDS) is a nation-wide community driven development program of the Government of Timor-Leste (GoTL). Jointly managed by the Ministry of State Administration and Ministry of Finance the PNDS program aims to work with communities at the village level to help eliminate poverty by investing in community-driven infrastructure projects. The Australian Government is assisting the GoTL to implement PNDS through the PNDS Support Program managed by Cardno Emerging Markets.
Cardno’s PNDS Support Program currently has a vacancy for the position of Economic Development Adviser
The position will be based in Dili and the successful candidate will work as part of a team of highly skilled professionals.
