Human Resource Management Adviser
The Governance for Development (GfD) Program is seeking a Human Resources Management (HRM) Adviser to support the Timor-Leste Civil Service Commission (CSC) to work with whole of government to conduct workforce planning and align human resources with institutional mandates in order for services to be delivered effectively and efficiently.
GfD is an Australian Government program supported by Cardno Emerging Markets that assists the central agencies of the Government of Timor-Leste (GoTL), including CSC, to improve service delivery.
The Human Resources Management (HRM) Adviser will provide advice and direct support to assist CSC with workforce planning and implementation of public administration reforms set out in the CSC Strategic Plan.
Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in a relevant area; a minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management and public sector reforms; and senior executive level experience in a civil service.
